Beacon Annual Community Meeting postponed

Due to ongoing severe winter weather conditions, the 2026 Rochester Beacon Annual Community Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27, has been canceled. The meeting will be rescheduled for a date in the spring.

The Rochester Beacon community gathering—held annually for the last three years—offers a chance to meet the Beacon team, hear updates on our progress, and contribute your thoughts on how we can better serve Rochester.

This year’s event also will feature a discussion on artificial intelligence and how AI is impacting local journalism and our community.

Information on the date, time and location of the rescheduled meeting will be posted in the coming weeks.
